Chapter 51 Desperate Journey To Hondonia

• I was in the middle of a peaceful dream when Alexa’s violent outburst shook me to consciousness. It only took my brain a second to figure out that Alexa was crying downstairs, and a couple more seconds for me to dash down.
• “It’s mother,” she yelled immediately. She saw me dashing down the stairs. “She won’t stop.”
• Alexa’s mother was convulsing hard. Her face had turned pale, and her lips were dry and cracked. It was a terrible sight, and it took Alexa’s yell to snap me out of my shocked reverie.
