Chapter 32 Falling Echoes

• I couldn't concentrate fully on what Dominic was saying, the thought of what happened between us last night spiraled through my head. I would frequently glance at him when he was focusing on something else. But I knew my feelings were irrelevant, he acted as if it wasn't a big deal at all. I was the only one all giddy, I've never felt more pathetic yet helpless. Even if he wanted it now, I would still willingly do it.
