Chapter 25 White Wolves Attack

• The Three White Wolves on seeing us let us in, they were the keepers. I and Alexa fell to our feet panting and gasping for breath. I bent my head over trying to catch my breath. “Why were the both of you running?” one of The White Wolves asked.“F..Five wolves...We were being chased by five wolves of beta ranking and...and I have no idea why we were being pursued,” I explained between gasps. They looked at us confused as if they hadn't seen anything, were they blind? “Come on Alexa, we have to tell Dominic about this,” I said, pulling her up as we walked slowly to catch our breaths. Walking towards Dominic's house, I saw him talking with some other wolves, I ran towards him, pulling Alexa with me.
• “Dome, I have something important to tell you,” I said as I caught my breath. He looked at me confused. “Why are you breathing so heavily?” he asked. “There’s no time for questions like this, we were chased back here by five huge beta-ranking werewolves from a different pack and they weren't joking. If we by any chance fell in their hands, we would have been dead meat”
• “Wait, Brenda, calm down and try to explain better. What do you mean by you and Alexa were chased down here?” he looked as confused as the other wolves with him. “We were practicing in the forest near the grasslands outside the Abode and before we knew it, we were attacked by five high-ranking werewolves and that's why we are out of breath. They didn't stop chasing us aggressively until we came close to the barrier ""What happened when you came close to the barrier?”
