• I’m losing my mind. That much I’m sure of. As I fought off Ryke and a bunch of other intruders, I felt Serena’s dark power for a second, and I wanted to draw on that power, but then I suddenly felt her presence disappear. I was surrounded from every corner; Reece was occupied, and Olive was heartbroken, so she couldn’t help Serena. Paris and the others had their hands full.
• As I was about to go to her, I felt shots of wolfsbane in my system. About twenty syringes were shot into my back until I felt all my power leave me, and I couldn’t move anymore. I watch as they took Serena from me, and there was nothing I could do about it.
