Chapter 14 Coward

• Lucian’s POV
• “What the hell happened to her!!?” I yell at the top of my lungs as I take Serena’s small frame from Brendan’s hands and place her safely in bed. I could feel her pain and it was as real as the sun in the sky. I can always tell when she is upset and the feeling gets stronger every day. I wanted to stay away. I wanted to ignore it but my body moved on its own and next thing I knew I was in her room, ready to eliminate anything that was hurting her.
• All I found was Brendan, the guard I ordered to watch her.
