• “Do you think he’s being honest when he says he wants to challenge his father?” Olive suddenly asks me as soon as Reece and Lucian leave the room. I’m still trembling with disbelief because I can’t seem to believe what just happened. I can’t believe that Lucian Blackwood is trying to get justice. It all feels like a dream.
• “I don’t know.” I answer truthfully. “I think it’s impossible to truly know what he feels or what his motives are. All he has done is disappoint me from the moment we met. I don’t know what to think.”
