Chapter 20 The Resistance

• Serena ’s POV
• As Olive pushes her palm into the wall, the stones start to move and I gasp in awe at the sight in front of me. We walk through a hallway, Ian carefully walking with Brendan who already looks a bit better. The hallway is illuminated by so many lights and I stare up at the stone ceilings in awe at how this place was designed.
• “My God.” I say in amazement. “Who built all this? And how have you guys not been caught yet? This place is not so far from the alpha’s mansion. You all are living right under his nose! If he were ever to find out about this place you would all be in danger.”
