Chapter 105 I Love You (Hundred Five)

• Riley woke up because her throat felt dry. She checked the digital clock on the nightstand and found that she had only slept for about two hours. She wanted to close her eyes again because she was lazy to take the water downstairs. But, she couldn't sleep anymore. She was forced to get out of bed, then kissed Archer's chubby cheek who was sleeping while hugging the bolster.
• The kitchen was very dark when Riley came down to get some water in the fridge. She then turned on all the light switches because she hated the dark. Kaella had cleaned up all the dirty dishes she had left in the sink. Riley giggled softly as she poured water into the glass. Tomorrow she had to make a delicious breakfast for Kaella so that Kaella wouldn't be angry because she left her dirty dishes unwashed.
• After she finished with her drink, Riley washed her glass and placed it on the drying rack. She was just about to walk up the stairs to return to her bed when suddenly the doorbell rang. Riley frowned, looking doubtful that she had a guest coming to visit this late. After all, she wasn't very close friends with the people around there. Her father made more friends because her father was a volunteer.
