Chapter 79 Video Call

• I glance at my watch. I’ve been sitting here listening to these idiots for over an hour go back and forth. Nothing new. It’s like they want to bore me with their bickering. This couldn’t be any more boring. Then the door to my office pushes open and my eyes wonder over to it when I see Reyna poke her head in. I smile at her. She’s wearing one of my t-shirts and truly I’m not sure if she’s wearing anything under it. But I am curious. She steps in and walks over to my desk.
• I move the computer screen down a bit. “Good morning.” I mouth to her. “I’ll just be a bit longer.” And I open the laptop back up. And look down at the screen. Fuckers are still arguing.
