Chapter 38 You Embarrassed Us

• Mason should be heading back home tonight. It’s been two days and it’s been a boring two days to say the least. I’ve done nothing. Nothing at all. We’ve texted, and called. But otherwise I’ve read some more and baked.
• Mason will have come cookies and brownies when he gets home. Dom said he liked them alot. And I believe him. Especially when he finished the whole first batch of cookies before I got the second batch even out of the oven. But I didn’t mind. It was a good distraction to Mason being gone and me just sitting around.
• I pushed myself up and out of bed. My body feels completely better from what it did. Doing nothing I guess was good. But I can’t say I enjoyed it. The reading was a change of pace for me and I one I surprisingly enjoyed. I managed to finished the whole series. And now I’m going to start a new one. Another Mafia romance of course.
