Chapter 239 An Addictive Drug
- I used all my might to provide Roy with some warmth. I wanted to lessen his pain, even if it was just for a little bit, even if he didn’t remember me at all. All of a sudden, I felt a kiss on my neck. Cold air shot through my throat as I gasped; I assumed Roy had done it accidentally. However, his second and third kisses followed as he traveled up my ear and onto my cheek. I could feel his lips trembling as he kissed me; it felt like he was testing something out or perhaps trying to restrain himself from something.
- “Look at me. Look at who I am.” I pushed him off of me as I didn’t want him to think that I was Alice. His grip on my arms tightened like he was afraid that I would leave him otherwise. His labored and heavy breaths sounded beside my ear as the sweat on his forehead dripped onto my neck. He didn’t look at me; he simply pinned me down onto the bed.
- Before I knew what was going on, he forcefully pressed his lips against mine to stop me from saying anything else. I had never experienced such frantic and disorganized kisses from him. Fear crept into me at that point. Although I had been in bed with Roy, and even though we had a child together, he was now Alice’s husband, so he was technically my brother-in-law. What would happen to all of that if we slept with each other?
