Chapter 18

• When the inebriated woman looked up, she saw a man brutally breaking the bones of the thugs who had intended to take advantage of her. Despite her drunken state, she felt an inexplicable trust towards the man. A sense of safety and calm enveloped her.
• Divina watched as the man broke the arms of each and every one of them before they hastily fled from him. Her beautiful eyes regarded him as a hero.
• As she drew closer to him, she noticed his face was a little blurry but she still smiled broadly at him. Clasping his arms, Divina pulled him closer to herself.
