• Upon their arrival at the hospital, a sense of hope had been kindling in Noel's heart. This hope, however, was soon dashed when he discovered that his mate was no longer in the hospital. The only piece of information they had about the person who had brought her in was a name - Eden.
• "How far should I send out the warriors to look for any woman named Eden? I had confirmed with the Doctor that she was definitely a member of this pack," his Beta suggested. But Noel quickly dismissed the idea. If they were to do that, rumors might spread like wildfire and Eden might go into hiding.
