• ~ January 2nd ~ Afternoon
• The clouds covered the location, with the sun fighting to shine through the creaks. With all of the legal papers signed, Zoe was now able to drive her Christmas slash birthday gift around. It was outdated but perfect for her first vehicle. In the neighbourhood that she was driving through, her car stood out against the polished lifestyle of the middle and upper class of society. Bringing her vehicle to a halt, Zoe pressed the button to roll down her window in the middle of the road. "Good afternoon, Mrs. Byrd! Is Sophia at the house?" she asked Sophia's mother.
• Mrs. Byrd, no longer wrinkling her nose, replied, "Oh dear, it's you! For a moment, I thought you were a troublemaker here to cause problems." Her tone was slightly snotty. "Sophia is gone for the day; only Logan is home." she watched Zoe nod her head once and continue on her way. Suspicion in her mind, Mrs. Byrd continued giving Coconut the walk that he had been wanting.
