Chapter 55

• I was on cloud nine. That was one thing that I could never hide nor deny. It wasn't only obvious on my face but on my voice too. Lovie told me so when she saw me this morning. I didn't yet tell her the reason since she was in a hurry. I was going to tell her later when she returned from the grocery. Her fiance's parents were coming over tonight for dinner so she was going to cook for them. Paula who was on the phone right now actually made a comment about it too.
• "I want to change the topic for a moment. I really can't hold what I want to say."
