• One week, one whole week away from his home because of one woman who would probably hate him right now, one whole week of not being able to forget what happened with her, it wasn’t just sex for him, it was more because if it was just sex to get off, he would have forgotten about it already. Nothing much was going on with him, he just stayed away because he didn’t want to face her, face what it would be that made her different from all the other women that he had ever been with including Emily. He never rethought about sex with Emily because it only happened once, when he was drunk and out of it, it shouldn’t have happened anyway. When they got married, he never tried to get close to her, not even once, Emily didn’t care, she was much more invested in being a mom and also being a friend to his mom, she never talked to him about it and he never asked.
• If she had not been taken away from him, he would have changed that, he had been on the plane back home with his mind made up to fix his marriage and family life and make their marriage a real one but that never happened because that bitch took everything away from him. It was all her fault, if she had not come into his family and destroyed everything, he would never have met Nora and would not be going through everything right now, he would probably have fixed things with Mily and they would probably have had another child by now. He didn’t even get to apologize to her in person for not being a good husband to her.
• He made such a huge mistake with Mily and now he was scared that he might have done the same with Nora too, he had not used protection with her and the fear that she might get pregnant because of his negligence kept him awake at night, right along with wanting to say fuck everything and going back to her and having her again without thinking of the consequences but he didn’t want to bring another woman into his world when that bitch is still out somewhere and free, he was scared that he might not be able to protect her and lose her too. He couldn’t bear another loss of someone dear to him. Nora has become important to him and the best thing that he could do for her was send her back to her home and stay the fuck away from her for her safety.
