• Luca stared at the woman before him as she tried to fight her way through. It was kind of funny because she couldn’t even walk but she somehow deluded herself into thinking she could walk by him and get away. Everything he has seen Nora Morningstar do so far was the typical nerdy shit, she was smart, he wasn’t going to deny that fact but, in her smartness, she was also dumb because who would get in a car with people they don’t know without first verifying to be sure? Only her. After he found out how his men were able to get her in the first place, he realized just how much risk the woman before him took with her life, over the last couple of days, he has done more research about her and found out just what she came to Italy for and who she was to be working for, but what got to him was the fact that no one had filed a missing person report in Italy even though she never arrived at her work destination and Nicho had even told him she had been on a call with one of the people right before he took her phone from her. It made him a lot more suspicious.
• The woman was a sight to behold, a beauty that defiled all beauty standards and created her own, he felt drawn to her and had to remind himself over and over again just why she was here and why it was a bad idea to even be looking at her with any thoughts or feeling other than getting to the people that murdered his family through her.
