• The bathroom door creaked open and Kiara stepped out of it, closing the door slowly behind her. She hadn’t seemed to notice that I was in the room. I was back on the armchair with my hand resting on my chin as I waited for her to get out of the bathroom. It had taken time, but she was finally out. I didn’t blame her. She was probably washing Elias’s semen off her skin.
• She froze for a split second when she turned around and saw me seated quietly at one corner of the room. She had a towel wrapped around her and she held the edge as she leaned against the bathroom door. Her long wavy brown hair was wet and stuck to her pale skin. Her brown eyes were filled with fear as she stared at me.
