• I halted my steps when I heard Lusia burst into tears. Kiara. It must be her. I watched her zoom towards Lusia in a flash immediately after Finn left. I didn’t know what she was after, but I was confident that she wouldn’t dare lay a finger on Lusia since I was here. That was why I was leaving the room. I was going to order Elias to take her back to her room and instruct her to get some rest.
• I was exhausted as well. Torturing her and also having to deal with her brother had taken a huge toll on my body. I was eager to get some rest, but it seemed that Kiara had some other things in her mind. She couldn’t just mind her business which annoyed me. She was only going to get herself hurt by doing this. And I wasn’t going to be there to console her when she broke down.
