• The aftershocks of pleasure still ripple through me when I feel myself being lifted, strong hands gripping beneath my thighs. The blindfold remains, keeping me suspended in darkness as my chest meets a solid chest. Jace’s scent, sandalwood and that unique musk I’ve come to crave, surrounds me as he positions me right, my legs spread wide, vulnerable and open.
• “Breathe,” he murmurs against my ear, and then I feel him, hot and hard, pressing against my entrance. My body, still sensitive from Rich’s attention, yields instantly as Jace pushes upward, filling me in one fluid motion that steals the breath from my lungs.
