• Yesterday, after talking to Luna, I made the decision to step away from working downstairs for good. The resolve had been building for weeks, but speaking with her solidified it. This morning, as soon as I woke up, I took the first step.
• Every one of my clients received a notification that this week would be my last. After that, I’d only be dancing. I braced myself for resistance—maybe some anger or guilt-tripping—but, to my surprise, the responses were kind. Friendly, even. Many of them wished me well, offering words of encouragement I hadn’t expected.
