Chapter 123 Getting His Help

• Lilly sleeps peacefully, her small frame pressed against mine. I should be working, making my rounds, ensuring everything in the club is running smoothly. But that can wait. Right now, what matters is setting things straight with Sasha. She doesn’t have the right to undermine the women here or sabotage who they’re scheduled to see. Especially not Lilly.
• Carefully, I slide out of bed, pulling the covers back up over her. She stirs slightly but doesn’t wake. I take a moment to watch her, the peaceful rise and fall of her chest, before grabbing my clothes and throwing them on. Determination hardens in my chest as I leave the room and head downstairs.
