• I don’t trust her not to try something, hell, I don’t trust myself right now. I stalk downstairs, heading straight for the office, my mind still tangled in a mess of unanswered questions. Serena’s behavior, her mood swings, the way she came down fast when I touched her like that, none of it makes fucking sense.
• She shouldn’t be this manic after just missing a dose of her meds, she shouldn’t be this detached from reality. And the worst part? She doesn’t even fucking realize it.
