Chapter 22
- Andrew sat quietly in his seat, he was glaring furiously at his daughter. They were in a bright clean tech-themed office, which had some fluffy couches, a mahogany desk, and a high—backed swivel chair. Numerous glass windows that opened to the busy London street lined the walls, letting in the Autumn sunlight that glinted off the polished white tiles.
- Antoinette leaned on her desk with her arms at Akimbo and a nonchalant look on her face. She was dressed in casual knickers and a baggy shirt with her hair pulled up in a beanie. Lizzie stood beside her. Her black suit pants and shirt were a sharp contrast to the room’s airy space.
- “Why would you call off the deal with the Montgomerys?” Andrew snapped at her angrily, his portly frame heaving. He had only gone on a trip that week, only to return and get the information that his daughter had called off the deal.
