• Why the hell isn't it working!” Kyra yelled out in anger when she tried to use her powers again. She had been waiting for Them to come back for her but after spending over a day hiding from the Lycans she knew they had abandoned her. “No!” Kyra tried to convince herself that that wasn't the case. Maybe they thought she had died during the fight. That was better than them abandoning her. Thankfully because of what happened at the palace, everyone was preoccupied.
• She soon realised that they had no idea that a dark witch was hiding in the Palace. This was an advantage for her. She glanced at her injured arm which was taking way too long to heal because of the hex around the Palace that Diana had placed. Kyra cursed under her breath. A smile appeared on her face, at least they were successful on their Misson. It wouldn't be long now. When Epheba rose again she would get her revenge on those despicable lycans.
