Chapter 156 Shocking

• They all watched as the amber light grew bigger and bigger, till they saw someone emerging from it. "Alice," Devon said in shock when he saw his fiancee. He was about to ask what was happening but Alice was quick to talk. "There is no time to explain," She said hurriedly and started to open another portal. When it was big enough, she turned to look at their surprised faces and simply said "Let's go" Lilac and Diana went immediately after Alice. They could hear an explanation later, what mattered was saving Johnathan. They all entered the portal.
• "Well, that happened later than I thought," Saphira said to Ash who had a deep frown on his face. He didn't comment on her words and simply remained quiet. Darius and Maximus came to tell them what they had found less than a minute later. "We found them! You wouldn't believe what we saw! Oh my! All this is crazy!" Darius said the look on his face said it all. He and Maximus had to hide, they couldn't risk getting caught by the dark witches, what they saw was hard to explain. "Did you see Johnathan!" Saphira said in a loud tone. "Yes, they are doing some sort of ritual on him. I can't explain, you need to see it yourself. I think he is badly hurt" Maximus replied Saphira, who now looked more than worried. This was a rare sight for the duo. She mostly looked calm and utterly gorgeous. Who exactly was Johnathan to her? Maximus and Darius wondered.
• "Where are they," Saphira said in a cold, and deadly voice that said the wrong shivers down Maximus and Darius' spine. "By the field close to the creek" Darius replied and like a gush of wind, she teleported all of them to exactly where Darius as said.
