Chapter 174 Not Enough

• Alice walked into the house and started to make two cups of coffee for and and joan when all of a sudden a woman appeared out of nowhere taking Alice by surprise. “Who are you!” Alice backed away from the strange woman who had a sardonic smile on her face. Alice's eyes scanned the woman from head to toe till it landed on her nails. It was dark and looked really dirty. She was either a dark or black witch. Alice didn't know how to differentiate when yet. All she knew was that the dark witches were stronger and filled with dark magic than the black witches. “I see you figured out who I am” The woman said, moving closer to Alice as she moved back.
• “Don't come near me or you will regret it” Alice warned in a cold voice. Her words made Aliza burst out laughing. Alice didn't know if it was a good idea to call Joan, if she yelled loud enough Joan would hear her immediately. Alice took in a deep breath. She could take this witch down. She just needed to attack at the right time. Alice started to gather the energy she had in her body and was ready to attack Aliza, who was on guard. Just as Alice was about to direct her energy towards Aliza, her power decided it was time to act up. “Why are you acting up again?” Alice muttered.
• Her powers had been acting all over the place that she couldn't even keep a portal open for too long these past few days. She would get exhausted easily, she thought it was back to normal after she brought Joan back to the human world, but did it have to act up again at this time. “Shit!” Alice cursed under her breath. “What's wrong? '' Aliza asked in a mocking tone. To a normal person Aliza would seem like a really stunning woman with beautiful green eyes, but it was all a facade black and dark witches used to deceive people. Alice felt disgusted. She needed help. She opened her mouth to call for Joan but Aliza was faster than her.
