Chapter 60 Lachlan

• Initially I had wanted an answer. That had been all. An answer to when Seren had felt that way about me, and what had changed. The venom in her voice had bothered me. I knew I had treated her badly over the years, and continued to do so. In my mind, having every reason to do so. But, I wanted to know her reasoning for these feelings.
• But, the scent of her arousal had hit my senses, and nothing else mattered in that moment. My wolf and I could focus on nothing else. That scent was so overwhelming. I was instantly aroused. It had been some time now since I had been with a woman… and this was the scent of my own fated mate's arousal… arousal because of me. I could not simply walk away. I wanted her it seemed. And logic dissapeared in the moment, desire taking over.
• All I could see was Seren. The curves of her perfect body... and that scent... that scent was taking over my mind... I loved seeing the shock upon her face as I parted her thighs when I sat her upon the counter top. I wanted to see more of her. I wanted to explore her body, and only hoped she would allow me. I knew there was no fear, as her eyes showed me nothing but intrigue… and the scent of her arousal only increased, making me want her more.
