Chapter 16 A Drastic Change

• Remembering my past right now brings me to that point of concentration that I need. It's better to fill my body with easily manipulable feelings than to fall into the abyss not knowing what to expect, even more so, if I can't fit this situation where it should be.
• The stranger has awakened in me those sensations that I thought were asleep, dead, after Ernesto, and the worst part is that I don't even know him. I am terrified of that strange attraction I felt with him, the urgent need to hear his voice. Now, no matter how much I try to deny the obvious, I can't hide that alongside the anger that runs through my veins at Ernesto's appearance, anticipation gnaws at me and makes me have something I haven't had in a long time: hope.
