Chapter 63 Ethan Parker, Why Won’t You Die?
- Lauren cried for a long time until Ethan lost his patience completely. Nudging her with his black leather shoes, he demanded impatiently, “Are you done crying? You’re acting as though I raped you or something! Lauren Collins, don’t worry, for I’m not so desperate that I’d touch such a filthy person like you!”
- A bark of self-deprecating laughter spilled forth from Lauren before she dashed off the tears on her cheeks with her hands. Her black eyes appeared red and swollen from her crying, yet there was defiance within them. Ignoring him entirely, she then laboriously got up from the ground to head out. However, before she could even take a single step, Ethan reached out and pulled her into his arms. “Let go of me!” Lauren lifted her head and locked gazes with his alluring phoenix eyes, her calm gaze betraying no fear but a trace of abhorrence instead.
- Snickering, Ethan’s cold gaze lingered on her disheveled clothes. “Lauren Collins, are you planning to go out in this state?”
