Chapter 30 If You Don't
- Do it; you won't die. Children didn't understand what was good or evil. Wolf had a fierce appearance from birth. He was raised without parental guidance and had no idea what was right or wrong. It would be more accurate to state that he had remained in the clinic following Wynter's defeat rather than claim that Margaret had taken him in. The last three years had seen him exposed to herbal therapy, which had softened his appearance. But he remained naturally ruthless. He would not let those he targeted escape unharmed. With a relaxed smile, Wynter was sitting in the courtyard, tinkering with the locust blossom.
- At the Gibson manor, it was getting dark. Because Hilda was still feeling stimulated, she remained in bed. Now that they were downstairs, many of her medical apprentices were waiting to prove their commitment to her. Luke and Maverick Watson stood out the most among them. Since Hilda had called Yvette and Wanda upstairs as soon as she woke up, Yvette wasn't present. Yvette's eyes reddened when she noticed Hilda. Compared to when she visited her own grandmother, she was more upset. "Madam Gibson, what are you doing now? Who enraged you? "You are to blame."
- Hilda was ready to swear under her breath with the cooling patch on her forehead when she had an epiphany. "Well, the young lady tricked me." Yvette was confused. “Young lady?” “It’s that poor relative of yours, the country bumpkin.” Thinking of Wynter, Hilda gritted her teeth with hatred. “She had the nerve to play tricks in our hospital!” Yvette exclaimed, “She?” Hearing this, Wanda became furious. “That annoying brat!” What was with her? Why didn’t she return to the countryside to look for her biological parents? Despite her promise, she now followed them everywhere they went. She talked the talk but didn’t walk the walk. She just wanted more money!“ Madam Gibson, rest assured.
