Chapter 94

• Alpha Caramel's POV
• My heart instantly fell to the ground at this. Lavender's eyes were wide open as she watched the arrow come for her chest. I quickly ran forward to be able to stop it even though at the back of my mind I knew I would not be able to get to her in time before the arrow went into her body. Just before the arrow could get into her body, someone rushed forward and hit it to the ground in time. I heaved a sigh of relief at this. I had no idea who this person was, and I have never seen him in my pack, so I did not believe he was part of us. I was more than grateful to him either way for saving my wife from the arrow which I had thrown.
• “Grey,” I heard Lavender mutter, which made me know the person's name. It seemed that they knew each other. Staring at the boy a bit longer, and I realized that he had some resemblance to Alpha Toot. I always knew that Alpha Toot had a child, but I had never met him before. I was not too sure about his motive since he was his father's child. I was surrounded, so I took my eyes off them and focused on the rogues that were attacking me. No matter how much I tried to return my gaze to the altar, the rogues prevented me from doing so.
