• Lavender’s POV
• Those words snapped me out of my head. My eyes widened, and almost immediately, as though they were waiting all this while to carry out the task, two guards walked into the chamber and grabbed me by the arm, pulling me out of the room. Finn was in front of us. Alpha Toot was behind us. I tried to pull away, but the guards were strong. I glanced at Finn, then at Alpha Toot, who was behind, giving me a stern expression.
• Where were they taking me? I asked myself, but it did not take me long to know where it was. They took me to the room my mother was staying in. Finn quickly opened it, and we all walked in. Mum looked visibly surprised to see me there being pulled in like that. Her gaze shifted from surprise to fear once Alpha Toot walked into the room, too.
