• ALPHA CARAMEL’S POV
• I stared at Mum’s back as she left my study. I hated when she acted like this. She was a seer during the time of my father, but it was passed down to someone else after she retired. However, I knew she still had her senses, which were quite sharp. It was good mostly when I needed it, but then there was a problem. The problem was that she never explained what she meant.
• I do not know if that was how it worked, but I hated it. It makes one question things that he or she is not meant to question. Everyone asks for clarity, but she never gives them that until the last minute, which can be frustrating most of the time.
