Chapter 87 Drowned In A Pool Of Blood

  • Kel’s POV (Younger Version):
  • I was stirring the blood pond for the activity my grandmother wished to do that day. Although I had lived with her for over forty-eight hours, she barely told me things. Her refusal to communicate with me was getting on my nerves, as well as satisfying because I barely expected much from her. I did everything she asked me to do—that was the only time she spoke to me: when she needed me for an errand.
  • It felt very much like child abuse according to the human tongue. I had to keep up with everything my grandmother did because there was nothing I could do and nowhere to go. My life felt doomed for the past two days I had inhabited with her. It was torture.
