• Jonah’s POV (Before Uncoupling):
• The stares that punctured my shirt were very discomforting. I tried to cover up my nakedness with my shirts yet some bad-minded cousins insisted on exposing the inner delicacy of my being to people. I was absolutely ashamed of myself as I walked down to my grandfather's house, my cousins standing by the side and staring at me as though I were some celebrity who just committed a scandal.
• My grandfather was at the end of the passage. He seemed angry at me for not wearing some shorts, at least that was my interpretation. I didn’t find Oscar anywhere, but I needed to apologise to him for my uncool act.
