• Two weeks later, Ava went to the hospital. She recovered quickly, and the doctor advised her to avoid unnecessary exertion. One afternoon, she remembered that night when she connected with those eyes that seemed seductive and mysterious, also that passionate kiss that had stolen many sighs from her. She was preparing dinner in a tank top and very short shorts, hoping to motivate him to give her another one of those lustful kisses.
• Dante entered the apartment, and as he closed the door, his gaze landed on the woman in the kitchen. He felt the delicious aroma of the food and watched her with an indescribable gleam in his eyes.
