• Raven didn't feel calmer just by leaving Lawson outside. She was still overwhelmed by what had just happened and how she had responded but she couldn't turn back. She just had to go forward and face what life had in store for her. Although if she didn't have the back of her neck throbbing like a bitch from the teeth the wolf had buried there everything would be a lot easier.
