Chapter 19 Partners

Raven opened the door to the office where she was requested after returning from her assignment. The overly stuffy atmosphere didn't suit her, but the person sitting behind a huge carved oak desk and thousands of papers to sign reacted when she noticed her arrival.
“You're back, how did it go?" Demon raised his head and smiled at her.
The commander stopped in front of the table in a firm stance with her hands behind her back. He nodded to the man at the alpha's back who was taking his turn at his duties. He received a nod of his head in response.
