ADAM'S POV
Harris gestured for the officer to continue playing the footage. I braced myself to see more of the events leading up to Catarina's disappearance, feeling my heart pound heavily in my chest.
As the footage progressed, I saw Catarina interacting with the three men in the hospital parking lot. A sense of unease washed over me as I watched her so close to these strangers, especially when one of them prevented her from getting into a vehicle. I was shocked to witness the violence unfolding before my eyes. Catarina fought with skill and determination, something I never knew she was capable of.
