• The dinner that night was accompanied by laughter and light conversation. Michele and I shared animated stories, enjoying each other's company, while Dante watched every move, unable to hide the jealousy emanating from him.
• After the last sip of wine, I escorted Michele to the mansion's exit. He, with a charming smile, expressed his gratitude. “Catarina, I'm truly glad you invited me to stay longer. Your company is delightful.”
