• Ellis stepped away from Vittorio on the dance floor, feeling stirred inside. He was still the man she loved, and that would never change. However, the weight of the circumstances and the risk he posed to her family were factors she couldn't ignore. At the same time, she could feel Vittorio's gaze on her as she moved away as if there was an invisible bond between them that could never be completely broken.
• Vittorio was about to follow Ellis when Eleonora approached him, casting a worried look his way. She lightly touched Vittorio's arm and spoke in a soft, almost pleading tone, "Please, Vittorio, don't go after her. For our image, for our family."
• Vittorio stared at Eleonora for a moment, battling his desires. He finally nodded, understanding that his actions could create more problems than they would solve. Eleonora led him back to their seats as the music continued to fill the air.
