• The next day, Belle eagerly got ready for her job interview. She wore a simple pink chiffon top over a black pencil skirt and black ballerina flats. She wore no makeup and let her hair down. She wanted to act the part so she would be able to get the job by not overdressing and yet not underdressing.
• Her interview was at ten o’clock in the morning but she left the house around eight-thirty out of excitement and course for good graces. She had planned to beg the manager –if she got the job she would work extra time if he could only let her get the health insurance bonus right away. She was even going to tell him about Landon's situation so he would know how badly she needed that insurance.
