• Maxton decided to spend the next day in his home office. His life practically revolved around work without any space for fun. It was this character of his that made him the business tycoon he was but for some reason today, he was finding it difficult to concentrate. Thoughts about the kiss he shared with Belle in the car refused to stop taunting him.
• He shook his head for the tenth time that morning and focused his eyes on the paper in front of him. He had become successful today because he had been able to keep business away from pleasure. His greatest motivation to work hard was the zeal to fulfil his late father's life dream. His dad had lived every day of his life working towards running a conglomerate. His blueprints for his business were the same ones Maxton had adopted that led to his success. How he wished his dad had lived long enough to see his plans and dreams come to fruition.
