Chapter 57 The First Human Luna

• Maxton had not been to a pack meeting in months and the other wolves were shocked to see him there. He had not only come to the meeting as an Alpha but he also came because he wanted to appease his mother after their altercation the other day. Naturally, it spoke ill of him to abandon his pack for such a long time but some things just had to be done.
• As he sashayed into their cave with his big wolf frame and beautiful black mane, it occurred to him how much he had missed his family. He had missed his pack. His eyes fell on familiar faces as they each bowed their heads as he walked by. His eye caught ahold of Willow with her brownish coat which she had dyed a spotted pink.
• How did she manage to do that? Maxton wondered to himself. That was one of the most ridiculous things he had ever seen.
