Chapter 23 Go With Me for a Dip in the Sea

• Hannah invited me to lunch, upon which I asked for the venue, but she gave me the name of a restaurant that I’d never heard of. Hence, I then asked her where this restaurant was, and she replied that it was in the city she was in. To my thinking, she’d successfully taken her revenge for my remark of a leg to her comment of a rod-shaped item.
• “I just wanted to ask how your injury is doing. Also, I feel like going for a dip in the sea in the afternoon, but I’ve got no company. If only you were here…”
• It was rare that Hannah thought of me, so I decided to go and look for her in order to maintain my relationship with her. Of course, I spoke tactfully on the phone, every single utterance revolving around how much I missed her. She, too, blurted bluntly that she missed me as well, but regretfully, she couldn’t leave that city.
