Chapter 200 Who Is the Boss

• I retrieved the name card that Jake left behind that day and gave him a call after sending Amber to the school. He picked up the call in an arrogant manner, but he took on a flattering attitude after I told him who I was, while I assumed the identity of James Doyle. “Jake, I’m running short on money, so please help me out and buy me a meal!”
• “James, don’t be so hard on yourself. It will be my honor to receive you since you came all the way over here and made the effort to give me a call. I will act as your host while you’re around!” Jake said, and I wasn’t about to go soft on him since he was being so polite.
