• Ever since I had sex with Peony in Angelina’s office, she reconciled with Angelina after all these years, and the broken bonds were mended quickly. Angelina’s spots were handled jointly, though they shared the same office, for this made it easier for Isabelle to keep them both safe.
• I talked about raising Isabelle’s pay, but she shook her head, for she thought taking care of the women was an easy job, at least for now.
