• Emma settled Liam's head on the pillow, one she had brought from home, she knew how careless her friend was, he lived alone and didn't even care about his health or comfort at all, she was surprised he had called her for help, the Liam of years ago would have simply said "I'll wait for it to heal on its own or death come for me", she laughed at the thought.
• "How do you feel?" Emma's sweet voice made its way through the man's ears, who settled back; he didn't know if the most appropriate thing to do was to answer honestly, because in reality he felt horrible, there was no part of his body that didn't hurt. "How did you fall?"
• "In the stupidest possible way," he laughed, "It doesn't even make sense to tell".
