• Teegan almost told the driver to turn around on the way to Leland’s hotel. This was so out of her character, her nerves had her both exhilarated and terrified all at once.
• Wes called off the meeting tonight to find the right spell confirmed that she was meant to go through with this crazy plan. She smiled when she thought of how he’d react if he knew.
• The taxi pulled up outside the hotel and the driver jumped out to open the door for her, a courtesy extended only to women, she decided. Handing over the fare, she smiled and walked toward the entrance.
